What do you like most about working at New Dawn
Working at New Dawn has honestly been
a dream. I wake up looking forward to coming in to help improve what we do here each
day. Being able to help the individuals we support live their best lives, in the way they
choose, is so beyond enriching. Outside just what we do for the individuals, I love what
we do for the staff we employ. I’ve worked several jobs in my life, and many of those
were excruciating. Creating an atmosphere that is enjoyable, safe, collaborative,
professional, and progressive, for every employee is an amazing feeling. Being part of
all this positive change and impact is something I am extremely proud to be a part of.
